Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

VivArt will ship the item within 3 working days, providing the painting does not need framing.

Some of the art has not been framed due to customers' preferences and the cost that comes with it.

Working day means any day between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We always advise our clients to read carefully the description of the painting before making a purchase, where is mentioned whether framing is needed or is already done.

If framing needed, that would take additional 10-15 working days, as this is done by external company and VivArt does not have control over the waiting time. Therefore we do not hold responsibility for any delays as a result of that. 

​

Once the item has been shipped it will take 2-3 working days to reach the customer. That applies to UK mainland addresses. 

Return & Exchange Policy

VivArt will refund any damaged painting due to mishandling while delivery. Just send us the painting back and we will refund your money. And guess what, that is all on our cost. All you have to do is send us the receipt along with the art.

VivArt will fully refund any purchase if does not satisfy customers' expectations. Just send us the painting back in a original packaging, secured in order to avoid damage and we will give you the money back. Please provide us with receipt and we will cover the cost.
